游戏公司的纠纷？那么决斗吧！

Minecraft创始人Notch的新游戏名字叫Scroll，Bethesda认为这个名字与自家的老滚系列（Elder Scroll）太过相似，因此要求Notch将他的游戏改名，否则将会提起诉讼。

这件事情双方来来去去已经争论了好几周，Notch在今天提出了最终解决方案：决斗。
双方各派出三名选手在Quake 3中进行殊死搏斗，假如Notch是赢家即可保留Scroll之名，假如Bethesda胜出Notch则将游戏更名。
Notch在自己的博客中表示该结局方案的灵感来自于冰与火之歌，提里昂在鹰巢城要求决斗审判的那出戏。(就Game of Thrones原著）
