《死亡空间》的开发工作室，Visceral Games旗下位于澳大利亚的Melbourne工作室很不幸的被关闭了。目前EA并未对此发表任何评论，不过这则消息是经过国际游戏开发者协会确认的，并且在其官方Twitter上还发表了一条简短的对离职员工的祝福。
